Dubai’s Museum of the Future received more than 20,000 completed applications within 48 hours of launching its “Future Perfects” recruitment campaign, while the campaign website recorded 42,000 visits.

Launched on October 21, the initiative aims to recruit the people who will embody the museum’s fully reimagined visitor experience when it reopens in 2027.

The process breaks with traditional hiring. Candidates are assessed on imagination, curiosity, emotional intelligence, warmth and adaptability, and no prior museum or customer-service experience is required.

“The response reflects strong interest in career opportunities that recognise human potential beyond what is written on a CV,” said Azza AlNuaimi, the museum’s chief operating officer. “What makes someone uniquely human could be exactly what makes them a Future Perfect.”

Applicants will go through assessments and shortlisting before final live auditions in front of an expert panel. Those selected will join the Visitor Experience team in full-time roles, guiding visitors through ideas about science, technology, nature, society and the future.

Applications are open until November 8, 2026, at Futureperfects.ae.
