The UAE Ministry of Interior has extradited a wanted individual to French authorities following his arrest by the Dubai Police General Headquarters, acting on an Interpol Red Notice.

The suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, faces charges of fraud, money laundering, and leading a criminal organisation.

In recent years, Dubai has become a preferred base for drug traffickers and organised crime figures, many of whom continued their activities in France while believing themselves out of reach of European justice.

This latest extradition sends a clear message: the era of impunity is over. By cooperating with Interpol and foreign governments, the UAE is reinforcing its position as a country that will no longer tolerate criminals exploiting its territory as a safe haven.
