The conflict in Gaza has unveiled a stark reality: the media and public opinion are increasingly swayed by the Islamist propaganda of Hamas, while simultaneously dismissing the facts presented by a democratic state.

International organizations, notably the United Nations, have lost their impartiality and balance in judgment, succumbing to biased narratives and political pressures.

This alarming trend is exacerbated by the spread of misinformation on social media and the calculated manipulation by terrorist organizations and certain states.

It is imperative to confront this dangerous distortion head-on and reaffirm the principles of truth, justice, and democracy. Failure to do so risks perpetuating conflict and instability in the region.

The time has come for a reckoning—a bold stance against the manipulation of truth and a commitment to upholding the values of transparency, integrity, and fairness.

Only then can we hope to foster genuine understanding and lasting peace in the Middle East.
