Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates, is taking off into new territory, literally. In a major stride toward reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s standing as a global aviation powerhouse, the airline has launched four brand-new direct routes to Hong Kong, Hanoi, Chiang Mai, and Tunis.

These additions open up new horizons for travelers, providing faster, more seamless access to some of the most vibrant cities across Asia and Africa.

Whether it's the bustling markets of Hanoi, the cultural charm of Chiang Mai, the skyscrapers of Hong Kong, or the historic allure of Tunis, Etihad is connecting the UAE capital to a wider world of opportunity.

The move is part of Etihad’s broader strategy to strengthen air links between the UAE and key global destinations, with an eye toward both tourism and trade. These new routes are expected to attract more leisure travelers, open doors for business expansion, and facilitate smoother cultural exchange.

As global travel rebounds, passengers are seeking airlines that offer comfort, reliability, and efficiency. Etihad’s new services are designed to deliver just that.

The launch of these routes not only enhances Etihad’s competitive edge but also aligns with the UAE’s broader vision of becoming a leading global transport and logistics hub.
