Eurowings, the Lufthansa subsidiary, has extended the suspension of its flights to Beirut until March 28, according to an internal message sent to the airline's agents.

Under normal circumstances, the carrier operates six weekly flights between Beirut and several European destinations, Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Stockholm.

It remains unclear whether the suspension applies solely to Lebanon or extends to other regional destinations served by Eurowings.

The move follows a broader Lufthansa Group decision announced on March 3, which had initially suspended flights to Tel Aviv, Beirut, Amman, Erbil, and Tehran until March 8. The latest extension signals that uncertainty over regional security conditions persists.
