Emirati airline flydubai said on Monday its Dubai-Beirut flights have been cancelled until Oct. 7 due to "ongoing developments", after earlier saying Beirut flights were cancelled until Oct. 3.

Some airlines have cancelled flights to Beirut and Tel Aviv in recent weeks as Israel has carried out a wave of attacks on militant targets in Lebanon as part of a conflict stretching from the Palestinian territories of Gaza and the occupied West Bank to Yemen and in Israel itself.

"We continue to monitor the situation closely and amend our flight schedule accordingly," flydubai said in a statement.
