Dubai will host the Regenerative Medicine ASRM Congress 2025 on 24–25 October at the JW Marriott Marina, organized by the American Spine Centre in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Biobank and the American Society of Regenerative Medicine.

The congress will spotlight Abu Dhabi Biobank’s role in advancing regenerative research, particularly through cord-blood stem cells, and will gather regional and global experts in stem-cell science, translational research, and cellular therapies.

Topics include mitochondrial medicine, functional medicine, stem cell-based aesthetics, hormonal optimization, and treatments for joint and brain disorders.

“Cord blood stem cells are now central to next-gen regenerative therapies,” said Paul Downey, General Manager of Abu Dhabi Biobank. “We are focused on preserving high-quality samples to support future treatments across the UAE and beyond.”

Dr. Hisham Hakim, Congress Chairman, emphasized the Biobank’s role in linking ethical sourcing and clinical application, enabling real-world impact from research.
