A defined state, free, Maronite, independent, and neutral, dedicated to promoting peace and forging alliances with Israel and Mediterranean islands, this is the goal of Mount Lebanon.

The State of Mount Lebanon was officially established on March 2, 2024.

In a context of political and economic crisis, the Lebanese people want to believe in a better future.

The Levant country is under the control of Iran and Hezbollah. The major political families are unwilling to reform the country, as demanded by the IMF, for fear of losing their privileges.

Prime Minister Najib Mikati is under Tehran's control. In short, the future looks bleak.

Many Lebanese want to overthrow the current leaders and get rid of Hezbollah.

Christians, Sunnis, Druze, and some of the Shiite community see no harm in having good relations with Israel.

Beirut and Jerusalem have already recognized their maritime border, a step towards broader agreements while Lebanon regains its sovereignty.

Mount Lebanon's initiative is not without interest.
