UNRWA, The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, has updated that 191 of its workers have been killed in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the war.
According to sources contacted by Mena Today, more than half of the victims are active members from Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
This once again confirms the close involvement of UNRWA in the military apparatus of the Islamist organization.
