Organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, the exhibition runs until 24 January and showcases more than 200 residential, commercial, industrial and investment projects, including several new developments launched for the first time in the emirate.

ACRES reflects Sharjah’s integrated development vision, combining economic growth, sustainability and quality of life. Transaction values rose from AED 1.4 billion in 2024 to AED 4.3 billion in 2025, supported by government incentives, including reduced registration fees during the exhibition.

ACRES 2026 also features panel discussions, workshops and training sessions addressing market trends, smart investment strategies and the use of artificial intelligence and blockchain in real estate development.
