Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club (SERC) is set to gallop into action this Sunday as it opens its 2025–2026 racing season with the first of six thrilling race days scheduled at its historic track.

Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club (SERC) is set to gallop into action this Sunday as it opens its 2025–2026 racing season with the first of six thrilling race days scheduled at its historic track.

The opening race day marks the start of an exciting season for horse-racing fans across the UAE, with subsequent fixtures set for 23rd November, 21st December, 28th December, 18th January, and 25th January 2026.

Part of the UAE’s vibrant nationwide racing calendar, featuring 63 race meetings across five racecourses, Sharjah remains one of the key stops for local and international riders, owners, and racing enthusiasts.

“All technical and administrative preparations have been completed to ensure a seamless start to the season,” said Sultan Mohammed Khalifa Al Yahyai, Director-General of SERC. “We look forward to welcoming our loyal spectators and new visitors for what promises to be a spectacular racing year.”

With the new season now underway, Sharjah’s racing track — known for its passionate crowds and competitive atmosphere — is once again ready to showcase the heritage and excitement of Arabian horse racing at its finest.
