U.S. President Donald J. Trump issued a strongly worded warning to Hamas, urging the immediate release of all hostages held in Gaza. In a post on social media, Trump stated that Hamas must choose between surrendering the hostages or facing severe consequences, emphasizing that Israel will receive full support to "finish the job."

Trump's message, written in an urgent and confrontational tone, accused Hamas of deliberate brutality, stating:

"Only sick and twisted people keep bodies, and you are sick and twisted!"

He warned that if Hamas fails to release the hostages, they will face relentless military retaliation, declaring:

"Not a single Hamas member will be safe if you don’t do as I say."

Additionally, he addressed Hamas leadership, advising them to flee Gaza while they still have a chance, suggesting that their time is running out.

Trump also spoke directly to the people of Gaza, claiming that a "beautiful future" awaits them but only if they stop harboring hostages. He issued a grave warning, stating:

"If you do, you are DEAD! Make a SMART decision."

Trump’s Support for Israel

The president reaffirmed his unwavering support for Israel, pledging to provide "everything it needs to finish the job." This aligns with his pro-Israel stance during his presidency, when he recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and brokered the Abraham Accords to normalize relations between Israel and Arab nations.

Trump’s statement comes at a critical moment, as tensions in Gaza continue to escalate. Israel has maintained a strong military campaign against Hamas, following the deadly October 7 attacks that resulted in the taking of hostages.

His remarks signal an aggressive stance that could have international implications, particularly as the U.S. presidential election approaches and foreign policy becomes a central issue.

Hamas has yet to respond to Trump’s ultimatum, but the situation remains volatile as global leaders continue to seek a resolution to the ongoing conflict.
