UAE-Russia Ties deepen with new Ras Al Khaimah-Moscow partnership

In a significant move to bolster international cooperation, Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, oversaw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the governments of Ras Al Khaimah and the City of Moscow.

In a significant move to bolster international cooperation, Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, oversaw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the governments of Ras Al Khaimah and the City of Moscow.

The MoU was signed during the official reception of a high-level delegation from Moscow, led by Sergey Cheremin, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Department for External Economic and International Relations. 

The agreement is aimed at enhancing collaboration between the municipalities of both cities across key sectors including technology, trade, investment, culture, sports, and education.

Sheikh Saud welcomed the delegation and reaffirmed Ras Al Khaimah’s commitment to advancing strategic partnerships globally. “This MoU reflects our shared vision to deepen cooperation in vital sectors that contribute to economic growth and sustainable development,” His Highness stated.
