"The meeting focused on the latest political developments and the situation on the ground in Palestine," said Nasser Kanaani, a spokesperson for Iran's foreign ministry.
"Haniyeh spoke about the high morale and aspirations of the resistance in the field." Kanaani also noted that Haniyeh said Hamas is ready for a cease-fire, but the terrorist organization will not negotiate under Israeli attacks.
