Modon Holding P.S.C announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with IHC and TasHeel Holding for the acquisition of Theta Bidco Limited, the 100% owner of Arena Events Group , a global leader in large-scale temporary infrastructure and integrated event solutions.

Arena has been a key player in providing infrastructure solutions for some of the world’s most high-profile sporting and entertainment events. The company has contributed essential services and infrastructure support to a diverse range of major international events, including the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Formula 1 races in Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Las Vegas, Miami, and Austin,
Wimbledon and the annual Cinch Championships at Queen’s Club, London, The T20 Cricket World Cup in New York, where it set up a modular stadium.

With this acquisition, Modon Holding strengthens its position in the global event infrastructure market, leveraging Arena's expertise and international reach to further expand its capabilities in delivering large-scale, high-impact event solutions.
