An autopsy conducted Sunday morning on the bodies of six hostages returned to Israel from Gaza revealed that they were killed at close range between Thursday and Friday morning, according to the Israeli Ministry of Health.

“The six hostages were shot by Hamas terrorists at close range with multiple gunshots,” said Shira Solomon, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, in an official statement. “The deaths likely occurred approximately 48 to 72 hours before the examination, between Thursday and Friday morning,” she added.

The findings provide further evidence of the brutal nature of the Hamas.
