High civilian casualties would add to the worldwide pressure on Israel to stop the war, Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar said in a message to the terror groups senior officials in Qatar, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday after the humanitarian crisis and the scale of destruction in Gaza strained Israel’s relations with the U.S. and other countries around the world.

Since the beginning of the conflict, the Hamas has been publishing the number of casualties, both dead and wounded. These figures are unverifiable and vastly exaggerated for propaganda purposes.
