Tunisia's economy grew by 1.8% year-on-year in third quarter of 2024, driven by the growth of the agricultural sector, the country's statistics institute said on Friday.

Tunisia's economy grew by 1.8% year-on-year in third quarter of 2024, driven by the growth of the agricultural sector, the country's statistics institute said on Friday.

During the first nine month of this year, economic growth was at 1%, it added.

The North African country hopes to boost economic growth to 3.2% in 2025 compared with 2.1% planned for 2024.
