UAE to showcase defence innovation at EDEX 2025

The United Arab Emirates Pavilion will open tomorrow at Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX) 2025, bringing together seven leading national defence companies to showcase advanced technologies, promote upcoming UAE defence events and engage with international military and industry leaders.

The United Arab Emirates Pavilion will open tomorrow at Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX) 2025, bringing together seven leading national defence companies to showcase advanced technologies, promote upcoming UAE defence events and engage with international military and industry leaders.

Taking place from 1 to 4 December 2025 under the patronage of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, EDEX offers UAE companies an opportunity to strengthen partnerships across the Middle East and North Africa.

Key UAE participants include Tawazun, EDGE Group, Calidus, GAL, AMMROC, Al Jundi Magazine and ADNEC Group.

Exhibitors will display cutting-edge solutions across munitions, autonomous systems, naval platforms, land systems, aerospace technologies and secure communications. Highlights include EDGE’s multi-sector advanced systems and Calidus’s MATV armoured vehicle with the AlHeda missile platform.

ADNEC will also promote major upcoming UAE defence events including UMEX & SimTEX, ISNR, IDEX and NAVDEX 2027.

Designed as a hub for innovation and collaboration, the UAE Pavilion will allow visitors to speak directly with engineers, technical specialists and defence leaders about the operational capabilities of showcased technologies.
