Royal Air Maroc (RAM) announced Wednesday it will operate 12 special direct flights between Casablanca and Houston to carry Moroccan supporters to their team's Round-of-16 clash against Canada on Saturday.

The flights, offering more than 3,000 seats at a flat round-trip economy fare of 1100 US$ including taxes, will also mark RAM's first-ever direct service to Houston.

The announcement came hours after Morocco's dramatic penalty shootout victory over the Netherlands on Tuesday, which sent the Atlas Lions into the last 16 of the 2026 World Cup.

Tickets went on sale Wednesday morning through RAM agencies across Morocco and a dedicated online portal, a race against time for supporters eager to make the trip to Texas for what promises to be one of the tournament's most anticipated knockout matches.
