From Voltaire to capitulation

It’s official: *France has capitulated.* Not just ideologically — but judicially, morally, and strategically.

It’s official: *France has capitulated.* Not just ideologically — but judicially, morally, and strategically.

In a ruling that would make Orwell blush, France’s National Court of Asylum (CNDA) has just decided to *grant automatic refugee status to *all Gazans.**

Not individuals with personal asylum claims.

Not families fleeing specific persecution.

No — all of them. Wholesale. Blanket. Unchecked.

Why?

Because, according to the French court, the Israeli military’s operations in Gaza are now considered so severe that they constitute "methods of persecution" under the Geneva Convention.

In short: *Israel is now the persecutor, and Gazans are the new universal victims.*

The only democracy in the Middle East — a nation under siege by a genocidal terror group — is being rebranded by French legal minds as a global human rights offender.

France Just Legalized Anti-Israel Propaganda

This is more than a judicial decision.

This is a mass political statement dressed up in legal robes.

•  The CNDA has just declared an entire population — without individual case review — to be victims of war crimes.

•  It has effectively *delegitimized Israel’s right to self-defense* by criminalizing its military actions.

•  It has embraced a *narrative that echoes Hamas talking points*, under the guise of “humanitarian protection.”

So what does this mean in practice?

That every Gazan who sets foot on French soil is now *automatically entitled to state protection*, welfare benefits, housing, legal residency, and political legitimacy — all courtesy of the République.

At the Same Time, Jews Are Fleeing

While this door is flung wide open, France’s Jewish population is quietly fleeing the country.

Synagogues are under siege. Jewish schools are fortified like military bunkers.

And the government? Silent. Cowardly. Complicit.

The same Republic that stood mute when Jews were stabbed, shot, or beaten in broad daylight now welcomes with open arms a population raised on hatred of Jews, of Israel, and of the West itself.

Let’s be clear: this isn’t just immigration.

It’s the state-sponsored importation of antisemitism, religious fanaticism, and ideological rejection of French values.

France Is Not Defending Human Rights — It's Surrendering Them

In its desperation to appear progressive, France has betrayed its own foundations.

It has confused moral clarity with moral cowardice.

It has replaced universalism with selective outrage — where Palestinians are eternal victims and Israelis are perpetual villains.

This ruling isn’t just misguided — it’s dangerous.

It sends a message to the world: "If you come from a region in conflict with Israel, France will believe your story — no matter what."

The floodgates are open.

And soon, the streets of Paris won’t just echo with chants of “Death to Israel” — they’ll echo with the approval of a government that enabled it.

From Voltaire to Capitulation

France once stood as a beacon of reason. Of law. Of liberty.

Now, it is collapsing under the weight of its own hypocrisy.

Granting mass refugee status to a population indoctrinated by Islamist ideology is not humanitarian — it’s national suicide.

And worst of all? The Jews of France — the oldest continuous Jewish community in Europe — see the writing on the wall.

This ruling isn’t just a legal precedent.

It’s a warning.

And once again, as history has shown us time and again, *the Jews are the first to pay the price.*

Welcome to the new France. A land of asylum for the enemies of democracy — and a land of exile for its Jews.
