Following a German investigation, the Hamas terror cell, which was arrested in December, planned attacks against the Israeli embassy in Berlin and an American base in western Germany.
The cell's targets were revealed after one of the terrorists' mobile phone was examined: "He tried to locate a weapons cache in Europe, the connection with the Hamas military wing in Lebanon was more extensive than what was known until now."
